We make every product by hand, and we want you to feel good about trying it. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll refund the price of your product.

How it works

1. Email us at info@beautifullgro.com within 30 days of your delivery date.
2. Include your name and order number, and tell us what didn't work for you. Your feedback helps us improve.
3. We'll issue a refund of the product price to your original payment method.

Good to know

• You don't need to return the product. Opened or used products are covered, so please don't send them back.
• Shipping costs are not refunded.
• The guarantee covers your experience with the product, such as feel, scent, texture, or how it works with your scalp, and orders that arrive damaged or incorrect.
• The guarantee does not include hair growth results. Hair growth varies from person to person, depending on genetics, health, hair type, and how consistently a product is used. We can't promise a specific result or timeline, and hair growth isn't a condition of the guarantee.
• We honor one guarantee claim per customer.
