Returns and Replacements

Beautifull Gro will replace products only if proven (with photos) that they were broken or damaged upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged:

We will gladly re-ship your products free of charge if the damage or mistake is confirmed on our end.

If Beautifull Gro made an error on your order (e.g., missing items, incorrect shipping address), please contact us immediately.
We will correct the mistake and re-ship your items at no cost.

If incorrect or incomplete shipping information was provided by the customer and the package is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for the re-shipment fee once the package arrives back.
