Beautifull Gro 30-Day Scalp Satisfaction Guarantee

We make every product by hand, and we want you to feel good about trying it. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll refund the price of your product.

How to request a refund

  1. Email us at info@beautifullgro.com within 30 days of your delivery date.
  2. Include your name and order number, and tell us what didn’t work for you.
  3. We’ll issue a refund of the product price to your original payment method.

Good to know

  • You do not need to return the product. Opened or used products are covered, so please don’t send them back.
  • Shipping costs are not refunded.
  • The guarantee covers your experience with the product, such as feel, scent, texture, or how it works with your scalp.
  • We honor one guarantee claim per customer.
  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible.

Hair Growth Results

Hair growth varies from person to person, depending on genetics, health, hair type, and how consistently a product is used. We can’t promise a specific result or timeline, and hair growth results are not a condition of our guarantee. Beautifull Gro products are designed for natural results when used as directed.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives broken, leaking, or damaged, please email info@beautifullgro.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and the box, or use the Contact Form on our website. You may also reach the owner by phone or text at 404-333-8201. Once the damage is confirmed, we will re-ship your products free of charge.

Incorrect Orders

If Beautifull Gro made an error on your order (for example, missing or incorrect items), please contact us immediately. We will correct the mistake and re-ship your items at no cost.

If incorrect or incomplete shipping information (such as a missing apartment number) was provided by the customer and the package is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for the re-shipment fee once the package arrives back to us.

Safety Disclaimer

  • Discontinue use and consult a doctor if irritation, redness, or burning occurs.
  • Beautifull Gro is not responsible for allergic reactions or scalp sensitivity.
  • Products are for external use only.
  • Do not use stimulating hair growth oil on children under age 5.
  • If you combine Beautifull Gro products with other brands (other than shampoo or conditioner), Beautifull Gro is not responsible for any resulting issues.
