Returns and Replacements

Beautifull Gro will replace products only if proven (with photos) that they were broken or damaged upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please send clear photos to info@beautifullgro.com or use the Contact Form on our website.
  • You may also contact the owner directly via phone or text at 404-333-8201 before submitting your 30-day hair growth journey photos.

We will gladly re-ship your products free of charge if the damage or mistake is confirmed on our end.

Incorrect Orders

If Beautifull Gro made an error on your order (e.g., missing items, incorrect shipping address), please contact us immediately.
We will correct the mistake and re-ship your items at no cost.

If incorrect or incomplete shipping information (i.e. incorrect or missing apartment number) was/was not provided by the customer and the package is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for the re-shipment fee once the package arrives back.

Hair Growth Results

Hair growth varies by individual. If hair does not grow at least one inch within 60 days of consistent use, it may indicate permanent hair loss.
We recommend consulting with a dermatologist or physician before further use.

Beautifull Gro products are designed for natural results when used as directed.
If combined with other brands (except shampoo or conditioner), Beautifull Gro is not responsible for any resulting issues.

30-Day Satisfaction Window

If you try a Beautifull Gro product and are not completely satisfied with your experience after 30 days of consistent use, we offer a store credit or full refund on your first purchase of that product (minus initial shipping fees).

How to Initiate a Request:

  1. Email our support team at info@beautifullgro.com within 30 days of your delivery date.

  2. Include your Order Number and a brief note about your experience so our team can best assist you.

  3. To prevent policy abuse, return requests are limited to one bottle or jar per product type per customer, and items must be returned to our facility (return shipping label cost applies or is customer-provided).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and box, and we will ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital downloads / eBooks

  • Any products after the 30-Day window of delivery date

  • Promotional sample items or bundles marked "Final Sale"

Safety Disclaimer

  • Perform a patch test before applying products to your hair or scalp.
  • Discontinue use and consult a doctor if irritation, redness, or burning occurs.
  • Beautifull Gro is not responsible for allergic reactions or scalp sensitivity.
  • Products are for external use only.
  • Beard growth oils can be used on both scalp and facial hair.
  • Do not use stimulating hair growth oil on children under age 5.
