Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Orders are typically processed within 48 business hours.
  • All orders are shipped via USPS First Class, Priority, or Priority Express.
  • Once processed, you will receive a tracking number by email.
  • Delivery time is generally 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Due to external factors such as weather or postal delays, some packages may take longer to arrive.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Beautifull Gro is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses (including missing apartment or suite numbers).

If a package is returned to Beautifull Gro because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
We ship to street addresses and PO Boxes within the United States.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


International Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 48 business hours.
  • Estimated delivery is 10–30 business days after processing, depending on customs and regional postal services.
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or international postal delays.

Separate Shipments

Please note that hair accessories are shipped and delivered separately from hair products.
These items are handled by a different merchant or carrier, so delivery times may vary.


Missing Packages

Once a package has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier (USPS):

  • Beautifull Gro cannot issue refunds or resend the package.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact USPS directly to file a claim before contacting us.
  • Make sure to have your USPS claim number ready when reaching out to Beautifull Gro.

Missing Items

If any item is missing from your order:

  • Contact us within 7 business days from the date of delivery.
  • Include photos of your package for verification.

We cannot assist with missing item claims made after this timeframe.


Re-ship Payment Options

If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, re-shipment fees can be paid via:

Hot Weather Notice

During warm or hot seasons, Beautifull Gro Hair Growth Crèmes may soften or melt during shipping.
If this occurs:

  1. Do not open the container immediately.
  2. Place it in the refrigerator to re-solidify before use.
